Long Span Metal Shelving
ACERACK LongSpan metal shelving is a high quality, medium-load-capacity longspan shelving system suitable for low cost situations. The boltless design ensures fast assembly of the shelving.
Featuring Z-formed beams incorporating a 16 mm step, the edge of the board is hidden behind the steel beam, making the shelving safe and strong and capable of taking 400 kilos per shelf.
An angle post upright is used in each corner of the metal shelving bay, allowing beams to be fitted in the left-to-right and front-to-back directions. This enables the shelving to be built as single bay units, for ease of relocation at a later date if necessary.
The decking panel is supported on four edges, giving greater strength with less deflection.
• Steel components are powder coated light grey.
• Standard height of 2150 mm, with beam adjustment at 38.1 mm centres.
• Shelf widths (left-to-right direction) of 900 mm, 1200 mm, 1500 mm and 1800 mm.
• Shelf depths (front-to-back direction) of 450 mm, 600 mm, 900 mm and 1200 mm.
• Although designed as stand-alone bays, units can be joined for continuity.
